When working for NEOM, the Saudi Arabian mega city project, Opermium built a small expert team that provided airport master planning, schedule and capacity analysis, baggage operations and passenger experience specialists to develop a completely automated baggage delivery concept. Quite possibly a world first, this was a human-free transfer of bags from the airport to the passengers final destination, as well as the return journey logistics.

The team worked at speed to deliver against changing requirements being developed across multiple stakeholder teams to provide a concept design.
